All our classes are offered on a suggested donation basis, unless specified otherwise. Nobody will be turned back for financial constraints. Please click on the link for each class/event in the schedule below for more information. All classes are mixed level classes, catering to beginners as well as intermediate practitioners.

Class Guidelines:
- Please bring your own yoga mats. If you don't have a mat or you forget to bring your mat, you can borrow our mats for $1
- Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before a class
- Please do not wear any perfurmes in a class
- Wear appropriate clothes that 'breathe' well
